USB C dual HDMI from the X399 Fatality£

   I have a X399 Fatality and I plugged in a dual HDMI from USB 3/Thunderbolt device.

Windows 10 says "Billboard" for it and doesn't show the two additional monitors.

Is this something I need to enable in the bios somewhere?

I believe the OS is looking for Bios support for USB 3.0/Thunderbolt support for DP Alt Mode? 

Do any of the USB ports on the X399 support USB Display Alt Mode?
