I am trying to install Windows 11 on my computer I have an Asrock H470 Phantom Gaming 4 Motherboard.   I am trying to set up secure boot and when I click the button it brings up the following - Secure Boot can be enabled when the system is in user mode. Repeat operation after enrolling platform key (PK)

I do not u8nderstand what this is saying, any help or pointing me in the direction I need to go would help me a lot
Thanks
I run Linux Mint, Manjaro and Windows 10

Google found this:

How do I register my platform key?
From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Server Security > Secure Boot Settings > Advanced Secure Boot Options > Platform Key (PK) Options > Enroll PK and press Enter. Select Enroll PK Using File and press Enter.

I opened my Bios and went to advanced mode, I scrolled through all the screens several times and could find nothing labeled or with the initials of the word staring, anywhere in those pages, and searched through them several times.
I am at a total standstill here, why does ASRock not make its bios tell me stuff in plainer language
I run Linux Mint, Manjaro and Windows 10

I have given up trying to install windows 11 on this computer. I will wait until the lifetime of Windows 10 ends, then use Gparted to wipe the SDD clean and carry on using Linux Mint, as it is better operating system than anything Windows can make
