Hy!

I have a Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac motherboard with I7-9700K and G.SKILL 16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Trident Z RGB. The problem is, our memory can't run faster than 2400 MHz. I try to upgrade and downgrade the bios, try to option manual the freq and the timings, and also with XMP, and it's not working. After post the motherboard, I have a message: Can boot several times etc etc, and I need to go to the bios to correct the settings. When I have this, the RAM's only running on 2133 MHz.

I check the Memory QVL and this ram is on the list.

Thanks!

Make sure your RAM is in slots A2 and B2, these are considered the "primary" slots
by your CPU.

This motherboard only have 2 slots, so I can't take the our RAM's to an other slot.

That is true, sorry. I didn't see the ITX designation.
What is the exact model number of your RAM? It should be printed on a sticker
on the RAM itself as well as the packaging it came in. It may be incompatible with
your board/CPU combination.

F4-3200C16D-GTZR - I have this type of the memory, so I think I haven't got the problem with the compatibility.
