I have seen other posts about this topic, but none of the fixes worked for me.
I have bought a Kingston NV1 NVME M.2 500GM SSD

I Use Windows 10 64bit

BIOS Version was from 2014, and updated to 2.5 to no good.
Tried to force M.2 at storage settings and nothing
Updated to 2.6 and still nothing
Updated all drivers with Driver Booster
Tried to move the GPU from PCI-E 1 to 2
And no Sata-E are in use

I can't add any more data from my pc right now, but will do latter if needed

I Don't know what to do anymore, please help

When Z97 entered the market, ASRock was the first to implement M.2, but in those days, the AHCI variant of M.2 was very common, NVME came much later.
For M.2 to work, Windows must be installed in GPT mode, and from the model name it is difficult to establish, which M.2 you actually use
Maybe it is best to open a support ticket

The serialnumber is usually on a sticker on the IO ports third till Fifth character is usually m0x, there is also a 3.1 version of this board, it is important to know the exact model.

I have little knowledge about SSD in general, i need to learn more.

I returned the card, now o need to know what SSD can I buy for my MB.

Is there a M.2 card that's not NVME?
What kind of M.2 can I use on the board?
