I recently noticed that my pc is acting weird from issues I thought might be my new GPU but now starting to suspect it's my motherboard since about 2 hours a go I kept having my pc lock up while trying speed test via Intel NIC but it works ok with my phone as my wifi card

Could it be a sign my mobo is on the fritz?

B450M Pro4

got it last year sept.

You could always use this board for another system and connect a USB LAN stick to
it

LAN is one of the elements that can go bad on boards (all manufacturers). Bad current
from your modem/switch, lightning, surges etc. You can replace the LAN with either
a USB or PCIe solution. A dead/dying onboard LAN isn't an indicator of a failing
board usually
