I replaced my 1700 in my X370 Fatal1ty Professional Gaming. I ran all the bridge bios upgrades to 7.00 then applied the 7.10 beta bios. All good, windows still booted between each update.
I swapped the cpu (removed 1700, installed 5800x), now the system goes into a reboot loop. Dr. Debug flashes codes: 33, 43, 7A, 60, 66 (power cycles after 66 code) I unplugged, pulled the CMOS battery, no change. Yanked all the USB devices, no change. Any ideas? I'm running some G.Skill TridenZ 3200 ram (model F4-3200C16D-32GTZR) |

maybe it is best to contact ASRock tech support
https://tw.asrock.com/events/tsd.asp When using Gmail, always check your spam folder. What sometimes works is 1. disconenct the power to the PSU 2. keep the start button pressed for around 20 seconds 3. remove the BIOS battery, for about 5 minutes and place it back 4. remove the memory modules 5 start the system and leave it for about 5 or so minutes, and switch it off 6. insert 1 memory module in slot A2 7. Start the system, and give it some minutes You must have a graphics card, monitor, and preferably a wired USB leyboard and mouse, best not to use wireless. If it still doesn't boot, maybne something went wrong in the BIOS flash, but this board can be flashed with a special BIOS programmer |

I have a Ryzen 7 1700x CPU and Fatal1ty X370 Professional Gaming MOBO. It's currently at BIOS 3.10. Can I jump straight from 3.10 to 7.00 bridge and then next to 7.10? I am looking to get Ryzen 9 5900X. Does this CPU work fine with the 7.10 BIOS?
Thanks, |

You may need to update to 3.3 bridge first.
I would contact ASRock Tech Support and inquire to be sure: https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp |
