Hi, I have posted before on this but now i can finally sit down and perform the settings i need to have for my ram to OC it.
I have a standard Fan on my cpu not water cooler.

you seem to be doing great, but you need to show the MEMORY TAB

showing SPD TAB of 3200mhz is NOT actually running it,

show us the zentiming screen capture. https://zentimings.protonrom.com/


and why you keep writing xmL, it's not xmL, it's XMP.

beacuase i write XML code its a habit sorry lol

i will perform zen timing ty.

I need help with how to OC the cpu and ram i know i can get more out of this setup.
