X370 killer sli 5th gen support£

   Hi all, 
I want to upgrade my CPU from 1st to 5th gen but my version of the board (the non wifi/BT) has BIOS support only till 3rd gen. I've noticed that the X370 Killer SLI/ac model has BIOS updates supporting 5th gens and that this is essentially the same board with the top most slot populated with a wifi module, my question is can I use BIOS from it to flash on mine and run a 5th gen?
