One more piece of information - the BIOS version that is installed on the MB is 2.40.

I ready to run Repair from the Windows 10 install USB and/or just try to force an update to Windows 11 via the downloaded USB version.

I'm have a little/lot of trouble getting Windows 10 Update to say the system is ready to upgrade to Windows 11.
The BIOS settings are as follows:

AMD fTPM Switch - AMD CPU fTPM
Security Device Support - Enabled
Secure Boot - Enabled
Secure Boot Mode -Standard
CMS (Compatibility Support Mode) - CMS Disabled
All the other BIOS settings are at defaults.

Windows 10 is installed on a 250GB NVMe. Initially it was formatted as an MBR but I finally figured out how to convert it to GPT using the mbr2gpt utility!

The CPU is a 5600X with 2X8GB of memory. The Video card installed is a EVGA GTX1600.

Everything seems to work as advertised - except Windows does not seem to think the system is Windows 11 ready!!
