    Posted: 22 Jan 2023 at 4:04am
My ASRock Z690 Extreme WiFi 6e motherboard has functioned flawlessly since I purchased it from Newegg on 1/21/2022.
2 days ago it failed to boot. I have added no new hardware to the computer for months. The last addition was a Samsung 980 Pro M.2 1 tb
The LED?™s on the board lite up but no fans will spin, no beeps.
The motherboard diagnostic LED?™s show no trouble with CPU, Memory or drives.
I disconnected all drives and attachments. I?™ve replaced the Power Supply with a brand new one

CPU is Intel i7 12700K
Memory G.Skill TridentZ RGB Series 32 GB (4x8) DDR4 3000 Model F4-3000C14D (will not boot with only 1 memory stick tried all 4)
M.2 Drive Samsung
Samsung 980 Pro M.2 1 tb
Crucial SSD 2.5 MX200
Seagate Barracuda 7200 rpm 2gb
Video Intel on board

I think I have a failed motherboard

Suggestions?

Thanks

Did you ever figure out what the issue was? I'm having the same issues. The LED's light up on the board but no error LED's and no fans or video.

Yes. It was a dead motherboard. Replacement has worked perfectly.
ASRock was good about the replacement, but it will take a week from the time they get the board to ship you the replacement.
