Hello, so i had problem with the newest bios causing stutters on my B450 k4 f4tality, i managed to downgrade it from 5.30 to 3.20 from instant flash, with usb stick. The problem i have now is that i cant downgrade it more (i want it on 1.80), the error i encounter is "Invalid File", also i have tried to go to 3.10 since its the one below 3.20.
This is the website i downloaded the bios. https://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/fatal1ty b450 gaming k4/index.asp#BIOS. The usb is FAT32.

Unfortunately, that is impossible (3.2 to 1.8). ASRock deliberately blocked downgrading
beyond that point because it would brick the board (make it unusable).

The only way to downgrade to 1.80 would be to take the board to a specialist to
manually flash the BIOS chip with an external ROM flasher or to use an external
flasher if you know how. It is complicated and not something I can describe here
given the various different flashing tools and options available.
