I have a 750 W pwr supply and it is 8 years old. How can I be sure my pwr supply meets all the cable requirements for the Z790 Pro RS?

8 years old, is maybe not the best choice, becasue power managament of the boards has drastically changed.
It also depends, on which graphics You want to use, because some graphics cards need 550W, or more, and sometimes can have huge spikes.
When building a new system, I would go, future proof, and use a 850 to 1000Watt PSU, and the best brand for me would be Seasonic, since they are a true manufacturer, most brands like Corsair, Coolermaster etc. are OEM, they buy them from companies like Seasoinc, with their own branding.
A stable PSU, is at the base, of every system.
Kind Regards

About 24 hours after making my post the light bulb came on and I realized I must get a new psu. Why? 8 yr old psu could fail at any time. After a lot of reading I chose Seasonic 750W.

My gfx will be Power Color Fighter AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT 8GB GDDR6 - $245. It fits within my budget. Only 200W.

This is the components I will use...
ASROCK Z790 Pro RS
2X16GB DDR5 5600
i5-13600K

My two last problems is finding ...
1. A PC Case that has a front panel that matches the front connectors on my mobo.
The case must have room for 4 3.5 and 1 2.5 inch bay.
2. DDR5 5600 (2X16GB) with a CL of 30.
