The Z97 Extrem4 motherboard is now available with a USB 3.1/A+C Add-on Card. Can i order one of these cards for my existing year-old Z97 Extrem4 board which did not have the card included? My board has an available PCI-e X16 (configured as X4) slot to run the card.

That you'll need to contact ASRock themselves. They most likely can sell/provide one for you.
