ab350 pro4, the 3-pin (DC mode) fan speed of chasis fan 1 jumper is not adjusted. chasis fans jumper 2 and jumper 3 have good speed control with 3-pin fan.

Can confirm. I found in a FAQ somewhere that chassis 1 does not work with 3 pin. Other fan connectors work fine with 3 pin.

In UEFI choose DC or PWM mode.

there is no option for choose dc or pwm in bios.
according to faq.. just auto detect fan type in chasis fan 2, 3. |

If you plan to adjust fan speeds according to CPU temperatures and your cooler's fan is PWM-controlled, you can connect cooler's fan to the problematic header (Chassis fan 1), and connect the case fan to CPU header, and change control method from PWM to DC. It's a dirty hack, but may work.
