Windows 11 complains limited USB-C connectivity

   Every day when I turn on monitor windows 11 shows a notification:

Limited connectivity to monitor, usb-c... something like that.

The 4K oled monitor is connected with usb cable that came with it for usb hub that is build in monitor, primarly, just so I could flash it.

I also saw somebody mention a windows update caused this.

Any idea why windows 11 is nagging about this ? I doesn't make much sense to me...
