I got it and was able to get CL14 timings at 3200

HOWEVER

I can't get this EVGA GTX 970 to work in PCI 1 slot and instead of I have to put into the PCI 2 slot which is downgraded the card from PCI 3.0 x16 to PCI 1.1 x8 using the ASROCK motherboard. I used two other video cards and they worked fine in the PCI 1 slot so it was just this one card.

I have used this card in two older ASUS AM3 motherboards and it worked fine in the PCI x16 slot on those boards so I am not sure why the motherbard wont let it work on the PCI 1 slot.

This is just an FYI for anyone interested in these memory sticks.

My system:
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
ASRock AB350M Pro4
Patriot Vipers 16GB (2x8GB) @ 2800MHz (Model #: PVE416G280C6K)

On the P 4.90 BIOS my system would not boot properly using the XMP setting @ 2800MHz.

After updating my BIOS to P 5.00 the system boots up properly @ 2800MHz and I haven't had any stability issues at all since that time.

Does anybody know how often ASRock updates their memory compatibility list? This set of Patriot Vipers should be added since BIOS P5.00.

System: AMD 2200G, ASRock AB350M Pro4, 16GB(2x8GB) 3000MHz Patriot Vipers (running @ 2134MHz *crying*).

Hello guys

My build:
- AMD RyZen 1800x
- ASRock AB350 Pro4
- G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Cf98TW/gskill-memory-f43200c16d16gvkb)

With XMP setting @ 3200MHz it runs at the indicated speed. I have done 2 memtest86+ and everything worked fine. I use this build for 2 weeks and no problem whatsoever.

Hello all,

I recently purchased the ASRock B450 PRO4 AM4 AMD board and was wondering if the memory I bought along with it will cause any issues. I don't overclock. Just looking for a stable system.

The memory I bought is G.SKILL Aegis 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000)

Thanks for the help.
