Bios Crashing

   Hello friends, I have a PC that I just built with an AsRock L660m Phantom Gaming 4 Motherboard and a Rise G800 cooler.

When I enter the BIOS to configure it, whenever I touch anything related to the cooler, the mouse and BIOS commands freeze and I have to restart the PC.

Could someone help me? I can't find a solution and I have no experience with AsRock boards.
