I don't know guys if I should RMA it, I turned the pc on then it only shows the ASROCK motheboard screen but that's it stucks there, f2 f11 , tab whatever don't works, tried unplugging from PSU, clearing CMOS, and changing battery but it doesn't work it's stuck there

I mean I've been with it over a month , but today I changed from xmp to normal memory oc and it's been like that, my specs are R7 1700 and GALAX HOF 3600 16 gb
