I can?t use my whole RAM capacity. I tried a 16GB kit (2x8GB) and only 8GB usable in windows 10 and the other 8GB is "Hardware Reserved".
The 16GB RAM kit is actually listed in the memory QVL (CMK16GX4M2A2666C16) of the motherboard.
In bios the 2 DIMMs was detected properly with the correct capacity.

Can someone help me, thanks.

Dear y2000_lion,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

We install the same system configuration to perform the test.

[Config.]
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1400
DRAM: Corsair CMK16GX4M2A2666C16 (2x8GB)
BIOS: P3.00
OS: Windows 10 64bit

Please refer our test result, the memory size can be detected normally under Win10 64-bit.

Regarding this symptom, we provide some suggestions for verifying:
1. Please refer to the user manual (page.25) to clear CMOS (Please shut down the AC power).
2. Please only install the necessary devices (CPU, one stick memory, system disk and VGA card) to verify.
3. Please re-install memory to the system and install one stick memory to another slots.(A1,A2,B1,B2)
4. Please clean the Goldfinger parts of memory to verify.
5. If possible, please install another CPU and memory to the system.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

also can be the ram stick wasnt inserted fully
weve had several threads solved by reinserting the ram with a bit more force and checking for the double click sound
