Anyone who has ever worked on a PC should know that no manufacturer is perfect and ASRock is not exempt from problems.

All the BIOS updates available for your board all seem to be present here, including 2.50. This is the ASRock FM2A88X Extreme4+ product page so if this is your board then what you are looking for should be there. I suggest you use the instant flash option as it is more reliable. There is also a beta BIOS version 2.60a under the "Beta Zone" tab if all others prove unstable.

Can You help me please? I have the same problem and I don't know how can I download and install the 2.50 version.
