Dram OC voltage can't lower than XMP Profile default voltage [AB350 Pro4 bios 4.20]

My RAM XMP Profile voltage is 1.350v(DDR3000), but 1.210v also work fine at DDR2400/2666.
Today I update my bios and set DDR to 2666 again, but the new bios will rewrite my Dram voltage to 1.350v after system shutdown/reboot into bios.

---------------
CPU voltage
My CPU R7 1700(65W),  3GHz base voltage is 1.1xv
but new bios use CPB voltage (1.35v?) on default bios environment w/3GHz base clock
My Power supply is 80Plus gold, why waste my power?

---------------
I can't disable Core Performance Boost in bios? CPB will force Auto again

---------------
My Power supply is 80Plus gold and zero load ready
I set "Low current Idle" at new bios option (Power supply idle control), but can't feel any effect at HWiNFO Sensor?

I know now, Low current Idle = Core C6?
Auto: Self-adaptive (Low current Idle or Typical current Idle)
Low current Idle: Vcore idle down to 0.4v, same as old bios
Typical current Idle: Vcore idle upto 0.8xv, same as core VID voltage
