We take any driver and add in boot.wim & install.wim, profit. Windows 95 we do not set.
If you like Windows 10 use, but it is not necessary to imposes it to others.

https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows+10+-+  Supports Windows 10/7

Windows 10  recommends only greedy Microsoft.

it has no driver support for usb

am4 is recommended win10 only

says nothing about whose fault or if they do or do not officailly or un officailly support

if you still think windows 7 has full and good support then that is of course your opinion

but i repeat
am4 is recommended win10 only,or put another way i wouldnt recommend to anyone to install win 7 to am4
the original poster can still use his win7 coa for win10 at the moment and have lovely usb support from power on to install end, or he can muck around editing an iso image with patchers and still pull his hair out and end up with an EOL operating system and a pc that may very well not support ALL features and softwares released by asrock
