Hello,
after Asrock APP failed to update bios (and informed me that I have 1.5 version), I've decided to do it manually - I've downloaded 1.8 from asrock page, and runned it as administrator as instructed here https://www.asrock.com/support/BIOSIG.asp?cat=Windows8 So, my PC restarted, ASRock UEFI started upgraded and... stopped at 0% (Instant Flash V2204). What to do? I have Windows 10, Asrock z370 pro4 and i7-8700k

Solved - at least temporary - I had to reset cmos by removing battery and ram and gpu, boot it (no success), after that plug it all back and boot once again - this time successful.
I still have no idea why UEFI failed to update my BIOS - but I'm pretty sure that I'll never again try to do that from windows. Damn, I dont know if I will try to update bios ever again...
