i just build new computer (not my first one) No power (1000 W power supply), I had light blue light for few seconds then blinking red. i can't turn power on.
I removed EVGA 1080ti, memory (128 GB), Noctua, still nothing keep blinking.
Why is doing that, Is the motherboard bad?

Double check your PSU power connectors are in the correct spots. IE not putting the PCI 6+2 in the CPU 4x4 connection.
