Hi everybody!
I bought the motherboard (AM1H-ITX), Athlon 5350, and cooler (CoolerMaster for AM1 socket) in 2014. I've dusted my computer regularly, but now I'd like to change thermal grease. Though the installation procedure was easy, the removal is not. I'm afraid that I can destroy the motherboard or cooler during the removal. I tried to find "HowTo" on YouTube or elsewhere, but couldn't. Could somebody help my (link to HowTo or written description)?

aha yes wrong cooler design here you go a few links concerning the am1 (fs1b socket) http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/pcs/1403094/build-your-own-pc-a-complete-step-by-step-guide/page/0/5 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQ7bxqTV_ek as the glorious haynes car manuals say 'removal is the opposite of installation' the second link should help you freeze the video on the actual amd manual sheet

It worked! Thank you very much, bro!
It is very easy when you know what to do. Firstly, I tried to rotate these plastic rods, they didn't move, that's why I was afraid to break the cooler or the motherboard. It turns out that you just need to pull these rods out ('removal is the opposite of installation')
