New os boot problem

Asrock ab350m pro4
Gtx 1050ti
Amd ryzen 3 1300x

I have been using Windows 10 but now i want to dual boot with linux mint 
My problem is
When i go to boot menu using f11 key i dont get any pop up window to select boot drive and it always takes me to my old windows
