Question about Taichi X299

   Hi all.

I like to ask before buying the board and other hardware.
I want to build using X299 Taichi and i9 7940x.
I want to use 2 pcs Samsung Pro 960 M.2 NVMe 512GB.
What best practice to setup RAID 0 for the ssd? Which port I should use?
I want to install 2 Quadro P4000 in the system, too.
Initially, I want to use Quad Channel 4x16GB memory,
but seems my local dealer out of stock. So, what best possible solution for me?
Use dual channel? Or something else?
