J3455B-ITX safe to flash to 1.70?

   Hello,
I have the J3455B-ITX on BIOS 1.10 in my HTPC that's in need of Spectre updates. Every other machine I have has been patched aside from this one. 

I have a copy of 1.70 BIOS from the FTP that I just downloaded but read that there were numerous issues when it first came out. I plan to flash via instant-flash, have these previous issues been fixed?
