insert 1 stick of ram in slot a2 use the clear cmos jumper/ and remove the button battery and power cable from pc for 10 mins boot pc still with just one stick of ram check everything is okay (do not adjust ram speed in bios yet) switch off pc insert 2nd stick of ram in slot b2 start pc and check everything is okay with ALL STOCK BIOS SETTINGS if it is ok then its the xmp settings for the ram causing an issue, and they need to be manually set to either a lower speed or looser timings
