Motherboard: ASRock B760M Pro RS/D4 WiFi Micro ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
CPU: Intel Core i5-12600KF 3.7 GHz 10-Core Processor
RAM: G.Skill TridentZ RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-4800 CL20 Memory
Power supply: NZXT C750 (2023) 750 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
GPU: XFX Speedster QICK 319 Core Radeon RX 6750 XT 12 GB Video Card
Config: https://fr.pcpartpicker.com/list/RjMTsh

It's my first build, I connected everything. When I power it, every fan spins, every rgb works, everything is doing what it is supposed to be doing.

I press F2 to start booting the pc (and hear a little bip when i do, don't hear anything when I don't)

Before this, however, I always hear 5 beeps from the case speaker. The leds on the motherboard are switched off for the CPU and DRAM (meaning it's fine ?) however the leds for the VGA and BOOT stay red while I hear the bip.
Then my screen stays off and doesn't show anything (I tried with a different screen and the same problem occurred). I tried booting the PC with and without the GPU, I tried with my computer screen plugged in the motherboard and plugged in the GPU, always the same problem : 5 bips and no display (+ the two red leds).

I saw on a previous post that someone had the same problem a couple years ago but I don't understand where the problem could be for me. Do 5 bips indicate that the problem comes from the CPU ? if so why is the led of the cpu not turning red ? Am I missing something ?
Nothing is ever displayed on the screen.

What do 5 beeps mean?

5 beeps means no display or GPU detected. It can mean either.
Do you have your additional power cables connected to your GPU?
Where are you connecting your monitor, to the motherboard or the GPU? (should be GPU)
What slot do you have your GPU installed in?

Try the other PCIe slot and see if that gives you a display output.

if the GPU was the problem, I should still be able to boot the PC without it but the same problem happens. I tried two different screens (the first one was in the link of my config; It turns on (I see the logo) shows "no signal" and then immediately turns off. The second one is my tv: it stays on but keeps displaying "no signal" even when I try to change the source.

Regardless, I triple-checked the alimentation of my GPU. Its fans turn on so no problems here. My GPU is installed on the slot closest to the CPU. I couldn't stick it in the other slot anyway because my GPU would go in the way of other cables (sound, and RGB). When I put those cables away to try and stick my GPU in this slot the same problem occurs.

This is incorrect, your CPU is a "KF" model, this does not have a built in iGPU.
The display output on your motherboard only works if the CPU has an iGPU built in.

Your issue is definitely related to either your GPU or the PCIe slot. Spinning fans
do not mean the GPU is functioning, only that the fans are getting power. Based on
the info you provided your system is working (CPU, RAM, motherboard) but you are not
getting a display output (the 5 beeps also indicate this).

Make sure the GPU is properly seated in it's slot, sometimes new boards can have
very tight slots (not a bad thing but it can prevent the GPU easily seating).
Make sure your GPU power cable(s) is(are) connected to the card.
If you still have no display output you can try removing all other non essential
devices, SSD, M.2 drives etc. and then try like this, sometimes conflicts can
happen between devices that can cause this issue.
