Hi.
I bought ASRock Phantom Gaming D Radeon RX580 8G OC. I have problem from first day. Card quickly increases the temperature to 75 C (stress) which causes the speed of the fans to an unbearable volume. I was looking for a solution on the Internet and found the answer that all rx 580 have this problem and there is only one solution - undervolting. So I changed GPU Voltage to 1 V, GPU clock to 1200 MHz and changed fan speed to user mode with Asrock Tweaker. Problem solved. But now i have other problem: random time one color (black, red, white, pink, etc.) screen and PC stops. It looks like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gi2Vh9psWKI The biggest problem - this is random time glitch. Card does not have to be stress for it to appear. Last time I simple start PC after night and one color glitch appear. PC restart and again. So what to do? Can be fixed or return card? |

Dear Zandalord,
Thank you for choosing ASRock. Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to try. 1. Update the latest AMD graphics driver from AMD website. https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580 2. Tested with default GPU voltage and clock. Thank you! Yours truly, ASRock TSD |
