Hello friend, I really need your help. Today I updated my mother with my Ryzen 5 2600. My mother is an Asrock b450 pro4. to install my ryzen 7 5700x3d. I left the bios updated and when I went to turn it on with my Ryzen 5 2600 it didn't give video and the PC restarted all the time. I tried with my ryzen 7 5700x3d and the same thing happens. I tried removing the battery and the same thing keeps happening. I really don't know what to do. I need your help.

From what BIOS version, and to what BIOS version did you update?
There are some requirements that can trip you up. 3.10-3.50 note: "**** If the current BIOS version is older than P1.80, please update BIOS to P1.80(PinnaclePI-AM4_1.0.0.6) before updating this version." 3.60-later note: "*Before updating this BIOS, please also read the description in previous BIOS version." If you went from pre-1.80 to post 3.10, I don't think there's a way to fix it without external method. Here's a helpful post I found: https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/guide-flashing-with-a-hardware-programmer.301007/ |
