X99E-ITX/ac Won't display or Post

   This is my first build in about 10 years so I was pretty excited but at the same time things have changed a bit so I took my time. 
Assembled everything in order as suggested in the ASRock x99e-itx/ac manual ... I plug in the display and power up... On first boot the fans seemed to stutter a bit (turning on and off maybe like 2 second intervals) then they seemed to stabilize and ... No beeps and no display. (LED's on case working same with all fans)

All the fans seem to be going (CPU, GPU, Both case fans) and it sounds like a computer should when its running... only nothing happens. This happens every time now, no stuttering though anymore though. I tried taking it apart and putting it back together many times to no avail. Reset the CMOS using the button and using the jumpers... nothing. 

Please tell me its something silly / easy like RAM incompatibility or something... Confused Is it weird that I get no post beeps at all?

mobo: ASRock x99e-itx/ac
CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K Haswell-E 6-Core 3.3 GHz LGA 2011-v3 140W BX80648I75820K 
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 02G-P4-2956-KR 2GB SC+ 
RAM: G.SKILL Aegis 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Intel Z170 Platform / Intel X99 Platform
PSU: CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified
HD: SAMSUNG 950 PRO M.2 512GB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-V5P512BW
Case: Fractal Design Define Nano S Window Panel Mini-ITX Silent Computer Case

Like I said though, I can't get into bios or anything like that so it's got to be something wrong with the set up. I have checked all the power connections many times and I don't think that's the issue.

The problem is I don't have any other RAM, CPUs or GPUs laying around to try anything else in the machine. 

I noticed my RAM isn't listed here: 

http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/X99E-ITXac/?cat=Memory

Would getting some new DDR4 RAM which is listed above solve my issue???  (Non ECC since the i7-5280k is my CPU) 

I just don't want to waste more $$ if that isn't the issue.

	The RAM's landing page on the G.Skill site lists these ASRock X99 boards... Fatal1ty X99 Professional Fatal1ty X99M Killer Fatal1ty X99X Killer X99 Extreme11 X99 Extreme3 X99 Extreme4 X99 Extreme6 X99 Extreme6/ac X99 OC Formula X99 WS / X99 WS-E / X99 WS-E/10G X99M Extreme4 Does it make sense that the X99E-ITX/ac isn't included? 	Well bought new ram that was on the list... Still no luck... Carefully examined pins, none appear bent or broken but who knows... I'm completely confused :s

	Does AZRock monitor this at all? I got no help on this... The RAM ended up being the problem. For some reason the G.Skill RAM would not work... since the replacement RAM I bought was also G.Skill as well it didn't work. Took in my computer and paid someone to tell me what I thought it was... ended up with some Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400MHz (2 x 8gb) and it works like a beauty. May as well close this post and pat myself on the back for solving my own prob...
