You might try to disable core performance boost using bios 4.80 as a workaround to avoid the weird clocks on the IGP. Did the same with my AB350. Not ideal but it makes the system probably more usable. Hopefully the A320 Line gets the next update patches now that the 350 and 370 line are done.

Try to look at Advanced\AMD CBS\Zen Common Options for the Core Performance Boost Option and set it to Disable.
