AsRock Z690 Phantom Gaming 4 - Newest BIOS issue

   As said in topic name i have AsRock Z690 Phantom Gaming 4 DDR4 motherboard.
I use it with i5 12400 and had it at stock Bios since i bought it. Recently however i decided to do upgrade to 13500 so i went ahead and flashed BIOS to it's newest version. 
There is something seriously wrong with newest BIOS 14.03 the performance of CPU changed for me alright i went from having 70-80fps in Spider-man Remastered to having 50-60 that's like 25% less lol. No amount of poking around in BIOS managed to resolve it so i downgraded to the 13.01 and it works fine instantly. Just trying to warn people there is something clearly wrong with that newest version though it's not in every thing Cinebench had around same performance on both bios so it's clearly dependant on app you using.
