Hello,

I cannot boot install USB or boot from already installed Window 10, and Windows 8.1 on my motherboard H97M-itx/ac and processor installed is Intel Core i7 4770K 3.5Ghz, 16GB DDR3 1866 White HyperX ram.

I have successfully installed Windows 7 Pro and Mint Linux. On these two systems everything works perfectly, audio, video, USB devices and so on. When I have tried to install Windows 10 Pro or boot from my SSD SATA disk (Corsair BX200 250GB), it freezes at beginning of loading screen. Windows 10 and Windows 8.1 cannot be installed by any condition on my machine. :(

I suspect that  updated Intel microcode disabled Windows 10 and 8.1 to install using Intel Core i7 4770K on H97 chipset!!!
I don't want to overclock but to use ITX H97 board at default CPU and memory speed in my ITX case (Fractal design node 304)

Can somebody at Asrock TSD check why Windows 8.1 and 10 cannot boot on otherwise superb motherboard H97M-ITX/AC and i7 4770K 3.5GHz? Thank you.

I forgot to mention that I have tried to boot with BIOS versions P1.90, P1.80, P.170, P1.40, beta P1.12 at default settings, nada, nothing, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 cannot boot from USB, windows logo and freezes, keyboard desn't respond! I suspect Intel Microcode update.

I have also deleted mcupdate_genuineintel.dll (C:\Windows\System32) as described in this forum for issues that people had with Intel G3258. I have also disabled VT-d and disabled all cores except one in BIOS, no lock, Win10 desn't boot, nor USB install nor on installed SSD. Disaster!

Please for gods sake ASrock aknowledge this issue!!!! :(
