Hello,
I can easily get into the BIOS via F2 or DEL, but neither mouse nor keyboard works in the BIOS.
It just freeze and no reaction. But enter to Win10 OS there is no error or problem.
What could be the problem? I have to go to the bios.

Dear Fr34ky,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to user manual page.30 to clear CMOS.
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/Fatal1ty%20B450%20Gaming-ITXac.pdf

2. Please re-install the CPU and memory on the system.

3. If possible, please change another USB keyboard and mouse to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

I bought a ASrock B450 Gming-ITX/ac motherboard in April, 2019, and now I am having the keyboard/mouse freeze problem every single day -- sometimes more than 3 times a day!   It started with the keyboard freeze a couple of weeks after the installation, then both keyboard and mouse freeze, and the frequency is getting worse. Sometime I can fix the problem temporarily by turning off the power on keyboard/mouse, but the power trick/fix does not work all the time. I never had such a problem with any other motherboards I used (more than 30). It is really frustrating! I gave a glory review/recommendation within a week of the purchase, now I regret the purchase.

Unfortunately no, and the trick of switching mouse and keyboard power on/off is less effective and I have to power cycle the machine a few times a day!

What is the warranty process? Wish I had returned it to the vendor a few months ago.

I repeatedly tried all of the three suggestions below. At first it felt like they helped a bit since the freeze frequency was reduced to one or two times day, but it gets back to 3-5 times a day now.

1. Please refer to user manual page.30 to clear CMOS.
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/Fatal1ty%20B450%20Gaming-ITXac.pdf

2. Please re-install the CPU and memory on the system.

3. If possible, please change another USB keyboard and mouse to verify.

What peripherals are you using, wireless?

Regardless of wired/wireless your first troubleshooting step should be to try a basic
wired keyboard and mouse and remove all wireless peripherals from the system.
More often than not it is the peripherals themselves causing this kind of issue,
typically because of resource conflicts and driver issues.

By the sound of it the system itself is not freezing, only the input? If that is
so then remove any and all USB devices and hook up a basic wired keyboard and
mouse. I have an old HP USB keyboard and mouse I use for testing that just works.
Wireless peripherals in particular can often cause issues, particularly
when there are multiple receivers.

If all is well with a wired setup then you can try moving your receiver/s to
different USB ports, I often have the best luck with a front panel USB 2.0 port.
