I agree. I want adaptive mode. Offset is heavily overvolt when AVX is in use. For example.
My 8700K @ 5.1Ghz need 1.38V fix set in BIOS with LLC level 1 which result in 1.376V load. I use offset +0.02 and normal programs that don't use AVX stay at 1.376V but programs that use AVX overvolt to 1.456V which is too high.

Adaptive needs to be added as offset is broken. Fixed is the only real option which is not good for premium motherboards.
