Best bios for Asrock B350 +ryzen 5 1600

   I'm asking about spread spectrum cause my bus is locked at 99.75 and when disabling spread spectrum on the bios 5.70 which is not made for my summit ridge, my cpu buss up to 100.0 as it should. and the latency issues goes off

Also this happened on base clock 3.2 (without even overclocking) the difference was notable.
