I have a handy bootable USB-Stick, created wit YUMI. It Contains the
original Windows7 Installation files and some other bootable Images and
some Windows-Tools.
When I start the machine it boots, but directly into the Windows7 Installation Routines and not into the YUMI-GUI at first. What could be going wrong? TX peter |

Have you checked the boot order in the BIOS Boot screen?
Do you see multiple entries for that USB flash drive in the boot order? |

Tx for reading and for answer!
I started via the Boot menu, and choose the USB stick. there was one entry starting with "EFI:..."! Ichose that, obviously it started via the USB stick, but not with the YUMI GUI but directly into the W7 installaltion routine Edited by peter9999 - 20 May 2015 at 12:53am |

Have you used the YUMI created USB drive with other boards/PCs, and it worked fine? If so, what board(s) was that?
Do you have that USB drive inserted into a USB 2.0 port on the board's IO panel? Did you try going into the BIOS and check the Boot screen for multiple entries? |

Yes, it works fine with other MoBos, tested with two from ASUS, both had no EFI Do you have that USB drive inserted into a USB 2.0 port on the board's IO panel? Tried both! Did you try going into the BIOS and check the Boot screen for multiple entries? There also the one entry like in the boot menu. |
