This is my first pc build so sorry if this is a dumb question. I am trying to oc my memory to 3200MHz but it when i check my memory speed in Cpu-z it is not at 3200. Is the motherboard limiting this or what could i do to fix it.

The memory controller is built into Ryzen processors .. your chip (1st Gen) has a very finicky memory controller and it's luck of the draw if you are able to get your memory to run at 3200mhz. updating your bios might help.

You can up your speed from 2133 to 2400 and see if it's stable and if so ... manually select a faster and faster speed until your system isn't stable anymore to find your cap for that ram with your cpu.
