Could you provide more detail about your symptoms?
Have you installed the latest driver from AMD website?
Also, please check your VBIOS version is the latest or not.

Hi, thank you for the reply, when the GPU is idle it just sits there very hot with the fans not spinning, if i put some load on it the current tempriture just past 90c with the junction temps past 110c and it throttles.

This is intermitant, sometimes the fans work, mostly they don't, brand new install of windows.

I don't know what BIOS is on mine, i'll add a GPU-Z screenshot.

I'm not that comfortable with updating the BIOS, it doesn't have a dual BIOS switch so if something goes wrong the card is bricked.

Regarding your case, please help to update the vBIOS to check.
The new vBIOS has improved the fan function.
