Hello friend!

What motherboard are you using? Is this perchance on the A300?

If using the A300 its important to note that the chipset family for the network card (RTL8111H) aka the Realtek 8111 series is not supported by VMware/ESXi by default/natively.

You can check out this link for a way to get it installed, but the comments for it are not optimistic, some simply resort to doing initial build on another system, then once drivers are installed/baked in, then moving it back over and resetting up.
