I have an AsRock B450M Pro4 motherboard and can't activate its HDMI port (all connections were done correctly)

Processor: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

After watching dozens of Youtube vids and googling common questions about setting up a second screen, I tried to do the work on my own and activate the HDMI port on the BIOS. The instructions look simple: Restart>press Del/F2 constantly> once the BIOS screen appears>select advanced options> select "Chipset configuration> enable the option for HDMI port... The only problem is that I don't get the option for "chipset configuration". I have an AsRock B450M Pro4 motherboard and all of those instruction vids had one thing that I didn't -- the chipset config option. I could really use some help.

Thanks in advance!

hi, your hdmi port is not active, it can be activated if u get cpu with built-in gpu (like ryzen 3400G)
your GPU should have multiple video ports, u may just need display port to hdmi adapter

onboard video out ports require an APU

The AMD Accelerated Processing Unit (APU), formerly known as Fusion, is the marketing term for a series of 64-bit microprocessors from Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), designed to act as a central processing unit (CPU) and graphics processing unit (GPU) on a single die.

Usually designated with a "g" .. like posted above , the 3400g, 2200g, 2400g .. 4700g ..etc.
