Hi, these are my specs.
AMD Ryzen 3 3200G 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor ASRock B450M Pro4-F Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard Crucial Ballistix 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 Memory Western Digital Blue SN550 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive Cooler Master MasterBox NR400 (w/ODD) MicroATX Mid Tower Case EVGA BR 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply So right now the front audio port is not being recognized, I'm not sure if it's the motherboard or the case but I'm leaning towards the motherboard. I already went onto the site and downloaded all the Realtek audio stuff, and before I could actually select the headphones in the bottom right corner in sound. But after updating all the audio there are only speakers available even when everything is plugged in. Any help or insight will be appreciated! |

Dear infurno8,
Thank you for the posting. For this case, we would like to provide some suggestions for you to verify the system. 1. Clear CMOS by referring to user manual page. 27. User manual: https://download.asrock.com/Manual/B450M%20Pro4-F.pdf 2. Keep BIOS setting default and only install CPU, PSU, Cooler, RAM, System disk to test 3. Install the speaker to rear audio jack to check if the behavior is same. 4. If possible, please use other front panel or speakers to cross test. Thank you, Best wishes, ASRock TSD |
