Not able to Access BIOS on B460M Steel Legend.

   My BIOS is not opening when I press F2 during startup. 

MB : Asrock B460M Steel Legend 
GPU - GTX 970, 
CPU - i5-10400f

Found that during startup Debug LEDs - Boot LED is Glowing and few secs later Ram and GPU LED is glowing. If I don't press any key, Display comes directly into Windows Login screen.

If I press any key during startup then no display and Debug LEDs glowing in the above pattern.
