The manual seems to indicate that thise MB only requires both CPU-1 and CPU-2 power ports to be used if overclocking?

If one does not overclock, which CPU port should be used? 1? Or maybe it's still good to use both in the case when no overclocking is being utilitzed?

Use both, safer that way.
