b550m steel legend led start flashing/blinking

My matherbord led start flashing after turning off the psu i even tried to remove all the cables it works normally but sometimes when i shut it off it start blinking and never stops till i plug it back and turn the psu on

Dear Djaxlil,
Thank you for choosing ASRock and contacting us.

For this case, we would suggest flashing the RGB firmware manually to try.
Please refer to the following steps.

1.Uninstall the ASRock Polychrome and other RGB control program in Control Panel and make sure the ASRRGB folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ is disappear.

2. Restart the PC and download the latest ASRock Polychrome utility from below link and install it.
ASRock Polychrome RGB ver:2.0.107: https://download.asrock.com/Utility/RGB/PolychromeRGB(v2.0.107).zip

3. Type "CMD" in Windows search bar and right click to choose "Run as administrator".

4. Go to RGB app installation folder in Command Prompt by typing "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin"

5. Flash the RGB chip by using the following command "WriteFW.bat"

After step 5, kindly wait about 30 sec and the FW flash will finish.

hi, why b550 cant customize led by led, like b450m does??
i mean, b450m can customize leds with different colors in the same component, b550 is not able, how can i fix this?
