Hi everyone, I'm here cause I desesperatly need your help ! Let me explain.

First of all I'm not a computing expert :)
To prepare installing Windows 11, I've followed a Microsoft tutorial and activated the Intel PTT option in my H370M-ITX/ac BIOS.

After that, Windows wouldn't start at all. So I desactivated the option. But still windows won't launch. To be sure that my system drive was OK I've put it in an other computer and it works fine. So I know that there is something wrong with the BIOS.

I wanted to set the UEFI to default settings but I actually. have a RAID 5 managed by the Motherboard. So I'm afraid to lose all my datas (of course I don't have any copy) if I do that.

Does anyone as any idea to help me ?

Thanks guys !

Hi Lola,

Thank you for your post.

Regarding upgrading to Win11, please make sure you meet the requirements:

1) Win10 installed in UEFI mode (GPT partition)

Instruction below:

1. Under BIOS, press hotkey "F9" to set BIOS settings to default, then go to Boot tab to disable "CSM"
2. Press hotkey "F10" to save and exit BIOS
3. Install Win10 in UEFI mode (GPT partition)

2) System supports "Secure Boot". To enable "Secure Boot" under BIOS Security tab, you need to disable "CSM" first, which means that your OS must be installed in UEFI mode

3) Enable fTPM (IntelĀ® Platform Trust Technology) under BIOS Security tab to upgrade to Win11.

All the best

Thanks for you answer even though you kinda not respond to my initial question. But as you told me in an other topic (I could be interesting for people to know), set UEFI to default settings didn't affect my RAID at all. I went perfectly fine.
