Hello, I've cloned my GPT drive to a new one for my new PC, and I've gotten it to show up as a boot option, but it gives the error:
"Reboot and select proper Boot Device".

I've tried all the solutions that I've come across, but still no luck.

This sometimes happen when tehre was more than one drive conencted, during the installation.
Windows creates multiple partitions, and when more drives are attached, it sometimes happens, that partitions are scattered over several drives.
I think the entried in your boot table are incorrect, so it refers to a non existing drive.
You can try to repair it
Kind Regards
